GRANT WRITING
Grants Works will serve as a reliable grant writing resource to compose and manage the submission of competitive grant proposals and applications.
The writing team is comprised of grant professionals with experience as grant writers and experienced development professionals. In addition, one of our writers has years of experience as a federal grant reviewer for two federal agencies.
FEDERAL GRANT MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Grants Works staff has extensive experience with local, state, and federal government grants and can provide grant management training to support your staff as they adhere to regulatory and administrative requirements. We offer GPCI and CFRE certified training that fits your needs whether you seek live, in-person or live, online training for your team or subrecipients. We also offer self-paced, on-demand training. SUBRECIPIENT MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING
We partner with your organization to provide full-cycle subrecipient administration and monitoring services. This service includes risk assessments and other required activities to ensure your organization complies with its responsibilities as a passthrough entity.
GRANT MANAGEMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Grants Works will partner with your team to develop customized required federal grant management policies and procedures that are aligned with the requirements in Uniform Guidance, agency-specific regulations, and program-specific regulations.
Recipients of federal grants or cooperative agreements are required have written policies and procedures.
GRANT MANAGEMENT
We partner with nonprofits, businesses, educational institutions, and local government agencies to provide expert grant management services. We are staffed by federal grant administrators with 80 combined years of experience who have managed government grants as a pass-through entity, recipient, and subrecipient.
SPEAKING AND TRAINING
We deliver in person or online speaking and training to your team, association members, conference attendees, or podcast audience.
Grants Works developed all training and other content for a three-module, dual-language federal grant management training series for a federal agency that is consistently rated 4.7 out of 5 stars by 930+ participants.
We are also the team behind the Federal Grants Explained podcast.
GRANT COACHING
We serve as a trusted partner and grant coach to support your pre- and post-award grant management needs. The coach will provide guidance, tools, assessments, and recommendations.
